I have tried about 5 normal and powerful cleanings but I am still getting only a few bands of color on the test print.

The previous head was printing fine when it wasn't giving me a temperature error so I don't think the tube or filter are clogged.

Any help for this newbie with a used machine would be greatly appreciated.

No. From Brother themselves. I talked with a tech and tried a few things. He thinks I just got a bad head. They are supposed to be sending me a new one.
