New Oki 8432wt issues

Hi all,
I just bought a new Oki 8432wt printer. I literally ran one test print through it and then there was issues. I keep getting a paper jam error. This is no paper in it to jam..never was. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried most tricks like unplugging and waiting and restarting. No matter what I do with this thing....paper jam error. I have no response from tech support of course so I thought I would try here and see if anyone had any thoughts or if this is perhaps a known issue to Oki?

Does the error occur when you power down and up? Maybe there is a piece paper stuck inside in the paper path or in the fuser.

Are you sure that you unpacked it properly? There are lots of tape and other sheets that have to be removed before using it.

Hi, Yes, it did get resolved. I think I had an incorrect paper setting or something...operator error for sure!
