My partner and I added screen printing to our offset printing operation a couple years ago. Decided we should join to learn more possibly expand this business. Currently we have a 4/color press which is getting us by. Hoping to replace it with a 6 color with micros. We did some 4/color process shirts last year, but are limited to light colors only for this.

Thanks for the welcome. We added screen printing a couple years ago, one of my employees had experience so we thought we'd give it a go. Now we're considering adding DTG. So we'll be browsing looking for pitfalls to avoid and finding what has been working for you guys.

Because of my offset background I use Adobe Illustrator and or Photoshop for our work. My partner will often hand draw art, usually pen & ink. The local historical society has used some of his drawings.
