New, lost but hopeful.

Hello my name is David M. I recently helped a friend open a t-shirt printing shop. Web have an anajet mpi5 printer. I'm totally new to this so I have lots of questions. Almost every time I google a question I' directed to this site so I thought why not join. Business is picking up slowly but surely. Anajet has a tech department but the don't always give info outside of their products. So here I am trying to figure this all out .
