Hi,
I just got a new Jaquar V LX on April 1, 2021. I had a Jaquar IV for about 15 years and it died, so I went for a new one. Never had a problem with the IV, but now, this one, brand new, doesn't want to cut. Just shoots all the vinyl out. I've uninstalled the driver and Great Cut, but still won't cut. I don't know what else to do. Has this ever happened to anyone else and have a solution? I've submitted a ticket to GCC, but wondering if anyone else has an answer.

Update,
Got an answer from GCC Support.
1. turn on the cutter
2. size your material
3. press the on/offline button on the cutter
4. press the misc button
5. press the enter button on the "auto unroll" feature
6.make sure that it is "disabled"

So it works now.
