Do you make the Plasticol Transfers yrself? OR just order them, then press them on the shirts ?

Very few people both make plastisol transfers and apply them themselves. The transfers are screenprinted, so if you have the ability to produce them there's a lot less need to (it could still be advantageous, but it's a lot less likely).
