Why on earth would you need to do that? You mustn't have your Zing set correctly. Apart from the correct force, cutters need to have the correct blade offset set properly too.
New Graphtec ce-5000-60 owner needs assistance
Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and especially new to the graphtec ce-5000-60. I acquired this cutter a few months ago and tried once to get it setup....I couldn't get it to work so I waited a few months. So this morning I downloaded, drivers, firmware and software for this model. I ran the driver setup.....computer says it has driver setup....downloaded and ran the firmware....first step is not working....loaded media and firmware directions say push both arrows simultaneously and it will ask if I want to update.....nope nothing. So I'm reaching out for help with the setup. I do have Zing Orbit and MTC.....works fairly good but tired of the weeding process. Makes a long day having to go back over your cuts with a Xacto knife. I do operate windows 10. Thanks for any help.
