I have been working on getting our industry a much better sock to print without showing the white lines and without using inserts to stretch out..
Proud to say I've done it.
Now the hard part is getting one pair to everyone that wants to try a pair. I expect the first shipment in three weeks. Maybe we should start a sample list.
Email me all info to get your sample at no charge. One size fits all tube type sock. [email protected] We will need a mailing address etc. to get a sample to you.

Look close at the photos. The Socks being sold in a major retailer made by Stance.com of Larry Bird, just sucks for $16.00. See the white lines as I spread the sock out. PS not 100% poly to boot.

Now look at my new S&K ANTI white line sock. 100 Poly which prints perfect and does not show white lines after dye subbing Black on the outside. This sock also comes this white on the inside so the black lines do not cause the opposite problem if you choose to print a light color sock like neon yellow or neon pink.
This socks are priced right for mass production.

Tube socks are flat on both sides, no heal . The Stance and mine are the same thickness.
For those of us who do not know the thickness of the Stance socks how is the thickness compared to a Nike Elite?

Not getting a white line has never been an issue on thin socks but in most cases people are not prone to purchase them.

Just trying to understand the physics of it as it seems any fabric of any thickness regardless if it is a sock or anything else will have a white line unless you adjust on the second print.

Interested in the socks if they are of normal weight.

The Stance with the NBA players are ruffly 75% compared in thickness to Nike Elites

One of the big two has been successful selling the thinner socks. So if you print it they'll come may apply in some markets. One just can't expect to sell those thinner socks at a steep price. Some where around $10-$15 is fair for them.

I thought so too until I ran into the other of the big two at a local tourney in Garden Grove. My son pimped me (as usual) to purchase him a pair to go with his newly (pimped yet again) Kobe Bruce Lee's. I was more eager than him to bust them out the packaging and when I did I was impressed how the socks revealed minimal if any voids, white lines or "grin-thru" (the corny moniker the hip cats over at Vapor Apparel coined not me). I then made a b-line to their vending table and met the owner who I tried to subliminally Jedi Mind Trick him out of his sublimation process. Wasn't happening!! Though he was a cool guy to chat with and shared how they started out with one press in a room like most. Couldn't get him to give up who has to be connected with at Nike to get those designs damn there before the shoes drop. And most are spot on. He says was also the main designer. Had the geek look. But the jury is out on that for me that he's not getting the plug from someone at Nike.

With all that being, I can say they get their Elite-Clone (minus the swosh) from China. They streeeeeeeeeeeeeetch the hell out of them to eliminate the voids, white lines or grin-thru. Achievable color brightness if you use Cobra Inks or comparable with however you get your colors. They had the venue buzzing and practically had ever other vendor on-site wondering why the hell they showed up. What they didn't have is tees or any other accessories to color match their socks. Something I try to do but I'm no where on their level exposure wise and sales for that matter. But the experience put things in perspective that I'm at least on the right path and came home and was able to achieve the same results after retooling my cheaters to stretch my socks. Now I just need some Tijuana Donkey Show pics of the head of Nike shoe design so I can black male the hell out him and get the hookup on those designs. LOL!
