Hello,
I am located in Illinois and want to start a clothing line. I have sent in my corporate name reservation while I am working on the structure of the corporation. I want to know what other legal issues I need to take care of to do business in Illinois? I will be selling on via a website as well as tradeshow and such. Anything info would be helpful. The net is loaded with too much I dont need to know.
