I've heard screen print is best with printing quantities over 15 is this true?

Are there companies I can get to print my shirts starting off?

Is Screen print good with quality of details?

Custom ink or cafe press would probably be your best bet. I sure they dropship as well

Drop ship means that you take the information from your customer regarding what he wants, create the order with CafePress and have them ship the finished order directly to your customer, as opposed to shipping it to you for delivery to your customer.

Yeah, watch a bunch of youtube videos of "how to screen print". Hang around and ask to work for free at a local print shop too. Should pick up a ton. And google google google!
