New Brand beginning. Need Heat Transfer Help.

Hi Friends.

I'm Ryan. I'm starting a new streetwear brand and I joined this forum because I need to understand the high-end heat transfer market better. All my T-shirts are in production. They are a 30-1 100% Supima Cotton shirt, so it's a fine material. Meanwhile, I have a series of large photorealistic graphics going onto these shirts. Lots of detail and gradients and thus I work in raster files at 600 dpi. My largest graphic is 12.75" W X 18.09" L.

Heat transfer-wise, this is my benchmark:

I have a different aesthetic than Off White, but technically, I really like the way these look, especially in person.

I have gotten some bids and have talk to some nice folks, but to be honest, these efforts amount to shots in the dark. I really don't know the state of the art, and need to take a step back and talk to some experts that aren't necessarily working to sell me something.

I need high quality photo realistic heat transfers with fine gradients that can be weeded with a sharp edge (no outer strokes or outlines). What technique and product would you all recommend?

Thank you in advance.

Ryan

A high quality way to print that sort of thing on black/dark garments would screen printing with water base discharge ink for CMYK process.
thanks NoXid. I will check that out.
