Just wanted to say thanks to everyone. I run x-h2o.com and finally did a run of t-shirts (just picked up today) and based on the knowledge I gained here, feel pretty comfortable with the shipping side of it.

BTW, using OSCommerce on my site tied in with Paypal and using their multiship system to do USPS shipping with Tyvek envelopes bought off Ebay. I have 228 tees to sell which should be gone in a week I'm thinking.
