new and need help

Hello all great site,
Im new to the printing buisness very very new
i got all my stuff a couple of weeks ago.
i have sublimation ciss printer a b40w press with all attachments cutter plotter etc.
all i have to do now is set it all up i already have a bad head...
but ill keep at it. :confused:
i cant get my printer to work at the mo good start hay.... ill look for answers on here
