new and failing miserably

HELP,
I'm a teacher and recently bought a heat press from lovecut, but the instructions for use are very poor and I can't get my mugs to print properly, can anyone tell me what time and temperatures they use with their lovecut heat press?

Hello and welcome,

I take it its a mug press you have got? I heat mine for 330 for 45 seconds. But some do higher for shorter.
And does it have the controls on the side?
