First thanks to Tigers for trying to help me troubleshoot the mechanical and hardware issues. (specifically mechanical and hardware issues for those who will post about expect to spend money being new because this has to do with physical issues with the machine and not operational learning curves which i agree i will invest time and money on.)

My third week of owning a Neoflex has not been a great one. It has been progressively getting worst. Now one more thing needs to be replaced. So i'll wait a few more days to receive the parts.

Has anyone else has had these issues with your Neoflex?
1. Color ink and white ink are off alignment by at least an inch or more. (happens in between production run)

2. Nozzle check text prints over the color and white lines instead of below it.

3. The printer does not move front or back

i've never seen any of these symptoms, and i'm sorry you are going through this. i'm positive that the TIGERS will get this all sorted out. customer service and tech support were one of my main reasons for buying the NeoFlex.

Update on my NeoFlex issues. I was excited to get the two boards which needs to be replace. Called Tigers and they walked me to installation. Unfortunately, still the same. No movement on the printer. Now I have to get a volt meter to check if the wire from the board to the motor is pinch down correctly on the connectors. I have now become a NeoFlex technician instead of a custom t-shirt printer.

The initial set-up went well and was able to print test shirts but it went downhill from there. It has been down at least 2 total weeks out of the 3 weeks we've owned it. My guest is once this all gets fixed up, my new issue will be the inks since it has now been idle for a while now.

Should I begin figuring out how to return it back to the manufacturer and get my money back? It's unfortunate because I can rave about what it can print but I can't because it is not printing.

So we will see tomorrow what other steps we will do to figure out what is wrong with it.

FRUSTRATED...

Worse case we will dispatch one of Tigers. Motor power line apart during shipping?
We now welding. Before it was snapper.
Since u become a semi technician Open all covers and physically exam first.
Sorry about ur inconvenient. I will come up with something upon my return.
I am so sure it is very simple thing. Most likely shipping vibrations.
Which is pain in a asx to locate disconnection.
Pls tell Tigers my opinion.
Cheers! Just checked in Hotel room. Super tired.
After midnight and have 8am meeting.

Back of the machine has been opened for a week now. Changed quick silver board. Changed daughter board. Double checked and triple check all the cables. Pushed in and plugged cables. Checked continuity cable from drive motor to quick silver board. Still the same situation. I have been working with Tigers the last two week and a half.

Called for Tigers again this morning to troubleshoot the current issues with NeoFlex. Thanks Chauncey and Engineers in working with me on this because the machine being down for most of the 3 weeks we've owned it beginning to be very frustrating. So thanks again.

So far, we replaced daughter board, quick silver board, pressed all the cables again. We also found that the ring that is pressed against the drive motor was displaced which did not allow the drive screw to move the printer back and forth. According to Tigers, screw on the ring might have gotten loose during transport.

The drive motor finally has power which now spins. The drive screw is now attached to it which allows the printer to move front and back.

We also have tested the large gap of mis-alignment between color and white ink and so far it is good. I only had to adjust a little more on the feed adjust. So, I will be running a few more test print and i will try on production run.

Now, time to ship the parts back to All American. I have to call to get a return shipping.
