Hello All,

We have been using the Neoflex for just about a year now. We have had nothing but good experiences with it and All American Supply. We use our machine primarily for printing to hard surface. The machine is fantastic and with the new 6.2 software our ink cost calculations have become easier and easier. We are using the Neoflex to personalize individual names on single items. We have not found a system that would work better than the Neoflex. We just purchased our first refill of inks last week. Again we have had our machine for just about a year and we are just now buying inks (fantastic). We were expecting to go through inks much faster than this, but to our surprise have not needed to.

When we have needed assistance with the machine or have needed to buy supplies, All American Supply have been fantastic. Justin is just about the best guy I have had the opportunity to deal with. He always has the knowledge and patience to help me through any of the issues I have had.

Thank you All American Supply (Justin, Pete, and all the support team).

Hi Aaron

That's good to hear. I guess you have the NeoSol? Did you also purchase the NeoTex? I have both but forgot t buy the inks for the NeoSol!!

I'd be interested to know what maintenance routines you employ to keep the printer running.

I'm only just embarking on Neoflex ownership :) I can only echo your sentiments re: AA. Having spent a week with them at FESPA in Munich, they're top notch.

Hey John,

No, we have not purchased the NeoTex. You are right, the guys from AA are the best.

I have heard from AA that maintenance on the NeoSol is easier than the NeoTex. I do regular nozzle check once a day (usually in the morning) then run any necessary cleaning. I wipe the entire machine down once a week to make sure there is no residue or dust particles getting into the printer. I do change the capping station once every 1 to 2 months, that is the only part that I wish was a little easier, but I am not complaining.

I have had the machine for about a year and the only things I had to replace were the capping station and 1 of the dampers. All has been great.

Great stuff.

thx

I'm aware the Neosol (solvent inks) inks are more aggressive than the textile inks - changing the capping station once a month is quite smething! What's the cost of this?

WE DO NOT YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHANGE WHOLE CAPPING STATION. CHANGE ONLY TOP PART.$50 instead of near $200 for whole assembly plus heavy UPS shipping cost. We custom ordered this part to molder to save money to Neo team. I recommend to Neotex also about 2-3 months to save (give longer life) expensive printhead.

Hey, if you have ay pics of the stuff you print, would be great to see some :)

Maybe Confidential :)

Cheers

Hey John,

That is correct, I meant to say that I change the cap part itself on the capping station, not the whole capping station. I do recommend that the whole station be changed every once in a while but not needed every month. Changing just the cap is much easier and works well. The rubber wiper seems to have a build up of ink after a while. I wipe it down when I do the weekly maintenance on the printer, I also apply an oil the AA supplied to me that seems to keep the rubber soft.

I would be more than happy to send you some pics, but due to our company policy it would be difficult for me to share here in the forum. If you send me your contact info I would send a couple to you directly, and I ask that you do not share them with others (our company is pretty strict about this).
