I' am new to DTG and after a lot of homework in this forum i decide to go with Neoflex DTG. I speak with Neoflex distributor in Germany and he send me samples. The quality is great but when i stretch the Tshirt its seems like the texture is not colored and ink is only on the surface of the Tshirt.

wow. i've never seen a print do that before! i'm sure someone from AA will comment and get you another sample to wash.

what were your wash settings?

I already email Gooley. Sorry about that.
Probably he did pretreat himself. NeoFamily will tell you that we never have problem with washes.
Call him and yell for me.
