Can be so many simple reasons. Follow power line. Started from fuse. Cord, wall outlet.
Jump switch. Try Direct contact, transformer on?

The blue button doesn't do anything on mine - I'm sure that was intended. I have red button I use to power off the base. Sometimes, if that doesn't work, there's a switch underneath near the power socket and I use that.

Emergency switch accidentally off? Twist to on.
The emergency button is not twisted, the blue button used to work it just stopped working.

Take switch off and contact to wire to gather. And plug in. This is switch test.

Emergency switch is activate by push in. Many times it happens without notice.
To turn on twist top to release.
