Justin we are right down the road from you and i think when its time we are gonna jump on board too.Welcome to the club!! Be sure to post as many pictures as you can, along the way.![]()
Mike we were one of the long waits at over 60 days. I will say that we did our homework and feel that we made the best decision for our company. Our DTG needs were for quality prints and outstanding customer service. Which is on track with the kind of service we provide our clients and they definitely deserve the best quality and service. You can probably get a machine quicker but you can't get one better with better support in my opinion. We were very anxious to get our Neo and would have loved to had it faster. Looking at the big picture and into the future, the best machine and support are worth waiting for.Adam,
How long did it take to get your machine?

Table has to be flat all 4 corner and middle too.. Not one side is higher or lower. You know how to adjust right? Dime thick space all the way around. ]You signed off that at class. lol
3 Platen assembled flat? Sometimes this cause too.
Move printer and look the space between shirts and guider. Every where pick out is not the RIP. Even though RIP has choking option.
Cheers! Beers are on me always.
How did you do that? I thought they were metal, so how were they warped? I just came back from training in late May-which was a quarter-now it's a dime-wow-quick change. We were taught a quarter too but a dime is what the recommendation is now. It was the platens that were very warped. We have shimmed them all over to make them as flat as possible and seem to have much better quality prints coming off.
