Neo Dropped off at 11am printing shirts by 5

We received our first neoflex today at 11 am and were printing by 5pm. Un-crated, Assembled Frame, Set printer on it, set bed on it and away we went. Absolutely great, vivid color prints on white with no pretreat. Will venture into pretreat and black shirts over the weekend when our clients wont be calling. Thanks to PC, John, Pete, Jason, and Gil for answering all of our questions so quickly and patiently. We are one very happy neo family member. Can't wait to have to order the second neo to keep up with demand.

Mike we were one of the long waits at over 60 days. I will say that we did our homework and feel that we made the best decision for our company. Our DTG needs were for quality prints and outstanding customer service. Which is on track with the kind of service we provide our clients and they definitely deserve the best quality and service. You can probably get a machine quicker but you can't get one better with better support in my opinion. We were very anxious to get our Neo and would have loved to had it faster. Looking at the big picture and into the future, the best machine and support are worth waiting for.

Adam,
I know you are busy but We are wondering how are you doing with your NeoBaby.
Cheers! Beers are on me always. Have a nice weekend.
Hello Peter, I am going in today to set up the viper. I set the neo up on thursday myself since I always feel that if I touch it i will remember it. Friday was a catch up day with just a couple of prints done. we should print a bunch today and hopefully get started on some blacks. I have shirt retailers slamming my inbox with quote requests and orders that they want printed since they found out we have a neo. Custom orders are filling my desk so off to work I go. We are going to have to run 2 shifts to keep up this month and hopefully every month after that! Cheers!
Adam,
I am glad things are going well:D:):D:):D:)
If you need help from AA consider it is done.
NeoFlex will keep up 3 shifts, no sweat!
Cheers! Beers are on me always.

Hi Peter, How do I decrease the white ink, as I am getting just a very little white outside of my color layer but it is not consistent like a leveling issue where is it all on one side. It is in different places some vertical some horizontal. Is there somewhere in the rip that I can constrain the white layer by a pixel or 2?
Table has to be flat all 4 corner and middle too.. Not one side is higher or lower. You know how to adjust right? Dime thick space all the way around. You signed off that at class. lol
3 Platen assembled flat? Sometimes this cause too.
Move printer and look the space between shirts and guider. Every where pick out is not the RIP. Even though RIP has choking option.
Cheers! Beers are on me always.

Adam,
How was your weekend? I am sure you worked. Lol.
So~? What's going on? I know no news is good news but it is not for me. I Want to go to end :)? Still same? call us with video conference.
Cheers! If you are make money, keep doing it :):):D:D? Don't stop! Run Forrest! Run!
We will be running some more registration test soon but first we have about 500 color shirts to get out and we are fine on those. Thanks for the check up we definitely appreciate it. Cheers!
Everything is good and the tigers are on the prowl and keeping me printing. Did 200 shirt prints today! Started doing maintenance in the evening as well as morning since it only takes 2 minutes. can't wait to get caught up on orders so we can do some more fun prints.

Thought it was a quarter thickness? Small detail but still makes me curious[/COLOR
We were taught a quarter too but a dime is what the recommendation is now. It was the platens that were very warped. We have shimmed them all over to make them as flat as possible and seem to have much better quality prints coming off.

How did you do that? I thought they were metal, so how were they warped? I just came back from training in late May-which was a quarter-now it's a dime-wow-quick change.
Also, did you pick yours up? I wanted to pick up and hope it fits into a suburban-8 feet long and 37 inches tall, in case it rains as we do not have a cover on our truck.
Your maintenance-you mean the cleaning of the wiper blade etc or running cleanings? Did you get the Viper? How are your settings if you did?
Sorry to ask so many questions!!!
