I have purchased the Newman roller frames with square bars, and additional flash panels but have no clue how to do this without a table...I need help the strips on the side just pop out with any kind of movement.
Anyone have any experience on doing this manually? I can't find any info anywhere. There are videos but not for manual flash panels, and I don't have the budget for a table now...

It's not always easy, but if you can set the rollers so there's a little tension when you pop in the lock strips, it might help, did for me. Seems like there are different profiles of lock strip too--had one that was a serious PITA to get in compared to the others I tried.

Go to stretchdevices.com and download the instructions and watch the videos on youtube. This should get you started in the right direction. Onee you understand how to do it and do it a couple of times you will get the hang of it.
