Hi everyone I hope all is good, this is my 1st post on this forum, I am trying to embroider a karate belt and the needle keeps bending and breaking, I have the following settings:

Machine speed set to 600
Needle I am using is 90/14 SD1

I would appreciate any help or advise regarding this as can't seem to work out what I am doing wrong,

I have a ACE SH-15NET-Fiya it embroiders shirts and caps fine I just have the issue with the belt.

Slow down your machine speed and use a teflon coated (titanium) needle. These needles are stronger and run cooler so they are less likely to break. Maderia carries some Organ brand needles.

I hope you are using the Dog collar hoop. try damping the belt with water(not wet,just damp)

chuck norris would do this with a needle and thread by hand!
