If you are meaning plastisol transfer, they will not be very durable on the mouse pad surface....And you can not do 4 colour process via sublimation on black material.....Or an inkjet transfer.....I do not think there is a heat transfer solution that will work....You might need to contact a mouse pad manufacturer and have them do the complete piece for you....

If you are using it as a mouse pad, I think that type of transfer will wear off very quickly.....I would test it in use to see how the transfer holds up.....It is my understanding that mouse pads are done by sublimation or printed under a wear layer....
Sorry can not help you there......But some transfer paper can be printed from a roll....Have you got a press that large?....
Starting to sound like the sum of the parts might be more than just buying them complete somewhere else....
