I;m looking for a supplier of large heat transfers, 4 color process, about 11" tall x 34" wide. I'll need about 3,000 each of two versions. These will be applied to a mouse pad material (4mm thick with a black polyester fabric top layer to take the transfer). Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you are meaning plastisol transfer, they will not be very durable on the mouse pad surface....And you can not do 4 colour process via sublimation on black material.....Or an inkjet transfer.....I do not think there is a heat transfer solution that will work....You might need to contact a mouse pad manufacturer and have them do the complete piece for you....

I have a company doing ink transffer for me as we speak they are doing the image as three pieces as they do not have the abiltiy to make it in one large transfer. We already tested it on the materialv and it works fine. Perhaps i am not properly explainignwhat it is they are making for me but i am pretty it's as i describe it. I had another company (a t shirt producer) make a sample using an ink heat transfer for me earlier today, also on the mouse pad material with the polyester cover and it was terrific, again just to small. Theyt even accidentally did one on the riubber side of the mouse pad material and it worked there as well. When you say it will not workhow exactly do you mean?

I'm not using it as a mouse pad...I'm using it as a graphic for the bottom of a mattress in mattress stores. We tested a small version of an ink heat transfer today and it seem very durable, had some strecth to it and great opacitiy. Do you know a large format heat transfer producer?
