need to maintain/learn old brother (BES-415) machine and don't know where to start

Hi! We have a very old Brother Embroidery machine that seems to be completely obsolete (BES-415) It is still a great machine, but it needs some serious tuning and maintenance. I'm interested in learning how to do it myself. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to do that?? Also, any recommendations for techs that can work on a machine that's almost 20 years old and doesn't cost an arm and a leg? I'm in Denver.

Any advice would be VERY appreciated!
