Hello all!, I have a question, I tried searching the forum, but I couldn't find any neoflex user with the same problem, I'm trying to remove some ink residue from the white ink lines, I'm using distilled water, flushing from the dampers with a syringe, the water comes out transparent (after many flushes), but in the lines I can see that there is some residue inside them, dried white ink?, that just won't even budge, I don't know how much time it's been sitting there because it's only visible if I turn the print head upside down, do you think there is a solution for this?, or something else to try? Or changing the lines is the way to go?

Yeah, I have cleaning solution now on the lines, I'll leave it a while, see if that does something, maybe warm distilled water and massaging the tubes to soften the residues?, do you think I should remove the damper and put the syringe right in the hole of the tube?, I'm scared to damage the dampers with the dirt, thanks for your suggestions!

if any of the plaque makes it to the dampers, you can clean them out with Simple Green. i've printed for years with plaque, and as long as it stays on the walls of the lines, it won't hurt you. once you start breaking it up, you need to make sure you get all the loose particles out.

Hello Panama NeoFamily,
Change line is lots of work. I don't think stain will hurt any. Damper: since we do not know he condition just try printing. It work it is good. No nozzle check? Change them instead of clean or give life back. Hot water works well but not leave in system.
We will make sure you go through this. I heard from Leo and John too.
Not big deal just fill in cleaning solution and enjoy your weekend.
We will talk by Tuesday on Internet. Monday is Memorial day in USA. I see you when you visit us. Dinner is on me! Date? Haha lol.
Cheers! Beers are on me too always!

Hi Peter, yup leaving the cleaning solution for a while there took care of most stains, I'll leave my Neo rest until I get my new print head, should have gotten all the parts beforehand just in case, oh well, a lesson learned (a pricey one $$ lol), have a nice weekend over there!, thanks to all for the help!

Yeah we took it apart, we tried flushing it, but almost nothing was coming trough the printhead, then we tried pulling a mix of cleaning solution + clog prevention solution trough each of the nozzles but that didn't work either, we even let it sit in that solution mix for two days and nothing changed, I think is too late for this one, but thanks for the offer
