Hi,

I need 10-15 dark gray shirts printed with our design which I have attached below and also posted a hyperlink to! Hoping to find someone to do this soon! Our design is unique in that the color are just not in the center of the shirt. it is a shirt to remember a gas station my grandfather use to own! the design print actually runs up onto the sleeves. Please post what you think the price would be with shipping included to 45011. Thanks and God Bless!

Any oversized printer will be able to do multicolor, shades as they make winged platens for this. But you will not like the price for 10-15 shirts from a oversized printer. My estimate from the few oversized prints I have had done you looking at $30+ per shirt.

Unfortunately, sometimes what we want and the reality ($$$+time) of what all goes into something, are two different things.
As stated, $30 really would be the going rate for what you're wanting. Not every press nor every printer is capable of this job. You're talking higher costs for us, the printers, with oversized films, oversized screens and special platen setups.
It's a lot more involved and our costs are frankly higher and, in reality, we're businesses not non profits. As mentioned, that special platen, itself, I've seen for over $600.
Sorry. No worries. I know that you didn't understand and we know that people not in the business, don't understand all the processes that go into a job.
It would be a different story if you didn't stick with the oversized look.

I'd be surprised if you find a company to take this on in all honesty. The setup requirements would be so extensive that making enough profit to justify the labour would drive the unit prices into the stratosphere.

Put it like this, to do a multi-colour all-over print the shirts need to be tacked internally to prevent fabric movement. This is usually a 2-person job by itself. Then they need to be printed on either a very large print pallet (expensive) or a belt printer (SERIOUS industrial-grade print machinery). If you want the same print proportions on each shirt size then that would require 2 screens per shirt size. All of these factors bring added costs in setup & cleanup.

Your biggest issue here is your quantity. There is a lot of work involved to print. Then the equipment to do this work is very expensive. A winged pallet is a few thousand alone. 1 screen set can be used for all sizes but needs wiped after each print. I re figured what I would charge if I had the equipment and it would be around $40 ea. for 100 shirts you could get under $20.
