Need someone to create a promotional graphic for our current contest

I need a small promotional graphic for our current giveaway.

This graphic will be used to let people know the "bullet points" about the contest and the prizes available.

Banner size should be 340 pixels wide by 330 pixels high (or 340x340 square.
