Hello i live in redding ca which is 2.5 hours north of sacramento ca and 3 hours south of the oregon border. My k3 raptor powers on but makes a few beep sounds and does nothing. The conveyer belt goes up and down but the lcd screen shows nothing. Four leads going to the ink chip resetter have been ripped off from shipping of machine. It Looks like 4 small black wires going to a thin area of a mother board which is broke. Would that make the lcd screen not work or do i have multi issues. Looking for a tech near my area. Willing to drive many miles to meet also. Ty so much to any help. Would love to find a tech who really knows these machines to pay to help fix this machine.

You have probably multiple issues. The wires you discribe goes to chip resetinng board and would cause only problems in that area.

If the screen is blank then there could be sime thing with the impression technology main controll board. Sadly this part is only obtainable through your dealer.
