Hey everyone.

Not sure if too many people know this machine, or what I should do with the current situation at hand.

I hit the Panel B control Wire with a box and it pushed slightly into the machine. Machine turned off and stopped running.

When I turned it back on, my control panel lights up, the LED board does not and the heads are non-responsive, not sure if it is because it was in the middle of sewing or not.

The buttons make noise, but do not seam to clear or thread trim.

I took a look at the wire, and two of the small wires leading to the pins were split. Even after splicing them, nothing.

Is my machine dead, or is there anything I should be looking for?

Please any help is appreciated. I am in tears right now as if I lose this, I lose my business that I only recently have been able to get sales going.

HI,

Did you find a solution? I have a BAS 423 and am looking for a control unit, the one I have was damaged.
