I've been trying to fix my DTG HM1-C for a week now not me or tech support has come up with a solution other than shipping it back to them which I can not afford please if anyone knows of someone that could help it would be much appreciated.

Matt, You haven't told us what the problem is that you are having. Most of us no longer use the service techs, and this forum has really great folks who may be able to help you resolve it.
