Process on white would be good, the only color that may have issues is the red shifting towards ruby or orange. I don't think it's critical for this design so CMYK is a good option.
Simulated process and or index would be a good option also but would require more screens (i've estimated that design to be between 5-8 colors for a great reproduction).

It maybe possible for this design to simply swap out the process magenta for a more scarlet red ink to avoid the color shifting issue. if you do go that route, i'd suggest reducing the red ink to the approximate viscosity and opacity as the process inks for better blending on the shirt..

Hey guys,
thanks! It's not for a customer order..this is just a design that I liked and wanted to print for myself.
I only have a 4 color press so sim process might create too many screens.

Well then, Ken, look at this as the perfect test.
Try process color and see what works and what doesn't.
Tweak it, try different print approaches, as far as what color you print first...etc...have at that baby!

It'll give you a step ahead of the game when you've got a customer that wants something along that line.
