Hey guys....so I need a lot of help. I'm sure many of you have been in my place, but I just started my clothing line about a week or so ago, and I have absolutely no sales. I get an average of 5 unique visitors a day but nobody is buying. I dont know if it is because my website looks bad or if my designs are not as appealing as I thought. Here is a link to my website:

Home · Notorious Graffiti · Online Store Powered by Storenvy

Critiques and tips on getting sales would be appreciated. I'm dedicated to my work as I love my art so I'm willing to go through hell and high water for this so I can get everyone to love my designs as much as I do.

To begin with you only have 3 designs. They are overpriced in my opinion, but then that's just me and I'm cheap. Personally, I didn't care for the designs, but again that's just me. Your website is also hard to follow. There is no return to home page option, you just have to back arrow till you get back home. The font is hard to read, too.

You have zero contact information on there. Zero. You need the address and phone number on your site for people to call you or write to you with problems. You can't really expect someone to cough up that much money to a company that can't even identify itself, now do you? When I order online the website must have contact information. Contact isn't just for a contact form. It should be where someone can write to you or call you to have any questions answered.

Frequently asked questions need to be easy to read and relevant to a purchaser. Things like shipping, payment, returns, damaged goods, complaints, etc. When you suggest that someone with a problem with an order contact the store directly that is seriously dropping the ball. You are doing the selling. You are responsible for the problems and for fixing them. But aside from that you don't bother to identify the store, nor do you provide any contact information for that store.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I see what you mean. It seems that my main problem is contact and visuals. As for the home page, the website is coded so that clicking on the banner will automatically send you back to the home. But yes, I will definitely work on changing that font asap. Thanks once again.

You're welcome. Sometimes we're too close to something to really see what we're looking at. As far as the banner goes though, if I didn't know about clicking on a banner (which I didn't) I would never have figured it out.

I didn't mind the price tag, but you need more products. It's only been a week, so keep up the marketing efforts.

You should expect a conversion rate of 1-2%, so you need to get 100+ unique visitors to convert a sale. So you need to ramp up your marketing.

You also need to work on your "about us" story. I cringed at the comment about being the next ground breaking clothing line. You haven't sold anything yet. Don't tell me some fantasy about what you want to be. Tell me about yourself and your art. What inspires you. Why should I support your brand. Make a connection with your audience.

Rather than get everyone to love your designs as much as you do (which will be very difficult), try to develop designs that your target audience will love. Study market trends and designs. And then put your artistic talents at work. But create for your market, not just yourself.

You are never going to make any money selling on Storenvy. I don't care if you have 1,000 designs and you sell your t-shirts for $4.95. Storenvy is the worst internet shopping mall. Try Etsy or Bonansa
