Other than making sure the paper/ film size matches the size you have set in your printer I don't have a clue. I would delete all jobs in the print queue before sending another through.
Need help with settings
I have printed film from my epson 7520 for years and it finally died. I went and got the epson 7720 and I use filmmaker rip software and the printer just wants me to send one piece of film after the other and without printing anything on it . It acts if my document is multiple pages when it’s only one page. Any suggestions?

Talked to filmmaker this morning and they said they don’t support this model printer. Has anyone had any luck printing film from the 7720?
