I have a customer that wants 100 shirts heat pressed. 50 light & 50 dark. I just read in a forum to just double the cost of what it cost to produce. Not sure what to charge. Also I'm wondering if i should use the inkjet transfer paper myself or should I send it out to get done by another company like transfer express. Any suggestions?

Thanks in Advance

I suggest you have plastisol transfers made. This will allow you to put out a top quality product that is durable and comparable to screen print. As for the pricing issue,I use the following formula. Cost of materials used+shop cost+ mark up = final price. .... JB

How about the transfers? is it a 1 color graphic or more colors ?

1-2 and may be 3 color graphic for sure go plastisol on your 100 qty. Good quality as mentioned AlReady.

Where are you located makes a difference too, shipping, time etc. when you outsource the transfers.

some things to think about before you decide.
