Need help with my SG400

Hello all, I am pretty new in dye sublimation business.
However, I have some problem with my SG400, after one print my Sawgrass SG400 just pop up the red light and showing messages "Change Setting - Tray 1" and "Custom Size....." as in the images I've attached.

Has anyone got the same problem solved? I appreciate all your helps and comments. Thank you

It's not just this thread. The forum is currently having issues with photos, among other things.

press "job reset" button and then press "enter"

I print custom size paper and if the size is off by a hair, it makes me press those 2 buttons. I have been dealing with it for 2 years and it is not a problem and just part of my routine to have to do it every now and again
