I can not get the white ink to print at all. I have tried several head cleanings, syringing the ink through the lines and still nothing.
That is the first problem...

The second problem is it seems like it is leaking ink under the capping station.

Any suggestions to either problems??

It sounds like your capping station is not performing correctly, could have a clogged tube or simply have reached the end of it's life. How does the capping station look? A picture of it here might help.

There is definatley ink under the capping station and it gets alot of ink build up.

If the capping station is more than 6 months old I would consider replacing it. You can also try cleaning it and flushing the lines that come out of it. Your distributor's tech support department can help you with this process and with the parts.

Yes it is older than 6 months. We bought it the machine from SWF. What do you mean flushing the lines, can you describe this process?

It is best to have our techs give you the proper procedure for this as I will likely miss a step. It basically involves drawing cleaning or flushing solution through the drain lines on your capping station (they terminate at the waste ink bottle). Call tech support and have them describe the process to you.

You also need to consider the time/money issue here. It may prove cheaper to replace the capping station than spending time trying to clean something that may be passed it's workable life. Just my 2 cents.
