say here the system requirements..

- AutoCAD LT98, R14, 2000LT, 2000, 2000i, 2002 / 2002LT - 2009 / 2009LT
- CorelDRAW* 6-X4
- Adobe Illustrator* 8-CS4
- Macromedia Freehand* 8-MX
- Windows* 2000, XP, Vista
- Available port connection for each output device

maybe save the file in a lower version of Illustrator and see if that will work??

No, I mean you can save your file in a lower version of CS5.. but I am not sure what the star means on the system requirements..the website is vague

Here is a forum with the same problem.. again kinda vague

http://www.cocut.com/index.dml?unte...94&art=a&bereich=CoCut&sprache=eng&j=&q=cocut
yea i could not see that website maybe cuz am not a member
just download a free trial of Corel Draw and try it out.. won't hurt anything until you find out if your version is compatible.

Also, I see there is a members only club try them out too...
ok thanks am going to try coredraw wheres that member thing?
Not sure I can help much.....I use CS3 and when I select the artwork and then hit the Greatcut button in the file menu Greatcut opens and I am ready to cut....So to test if this works in CS5 create a small vector art file....Take a couple letters and convert to outlines and that will work as a test.....Then select them and see if it works as I have said...If the great Cut software opens then that part works.....

As far as the DLL problem, I am not able to help.....

ok ican try that can you go step by step on that am new to this
Open a new page in Illustrator.....
Type a few letters.....
Select letters.....
Right click and create outlines....
While letters are still selected, FILE > Great-Cut > Auto Export......

Does Great Cut open?....If so, that part is okay.....

GCC Support is great....They can connect with your computer and you can watch them make changes....Next time I need support I will video tape screen so I can make notes because that lady moved pretty fast....
i got it new from gcc
Can you elaborate on how you bought this from GCC direct,? I didn't know that they sold direct.

i live in pomona next city from where they make them at

anyways i did what that guy said but cant click on create outline
If you can not create outlines you have an Illustrator problem of some sort......
