Hi Guys, this is my first post and I am desperate!

I just bought a GCC Expert Pro, I installed it and everything seems fine, but when I export to GreatCut and try to cut vinyl, the vinyl moves back and forth in the rollers and the head moves around, but that's it. It seems to me like it is searching for registration marks, but since I am trying to cut vinyl, it shouldn't be. Can someone tell me if there is an option in greatcut to change from print and to cut only or if I am doing something wrong here? I am importing my artwork as .eps, selecting the cut option and hitting output. Thanks!!

When you output in GreatCut, make sure the "Mode / Tool" is listed only as Cut, and not as Cut with AAS on the Output to Device screen.

Thank you so much! would I find these settings after I press "cut" and it brings me to the screen where I press "output" or is this in the main settings?

After you press "Output" in Great Cut, you'll have another screen that comes up. This is the screen where you set your parameters for cutting and Read the material size.
