I am new to the industry and am having problems with Aqausol. My first screen came out perfect, but since then, I can't seem to get the Aquasol emulsion to wash out. My cure time has been 2 hours and exposure around 3:15 to 4. Neither has washed out. Am I curing too long? Should I expose less? I'm using a 500 watt Halogen at 12 inches mounted abouve with 1/4 inch glass. Both light and glasss have no UV protection.

Make sure your screen is not pre-exposed to excessive indirect light while handling (film line up and screen positioning prior to exposure)
Aquasol HV and TS are relatively fast.
The 3-4 minute time seems a bit long......
.....even given using a 500W lamp at 12"
But if it worked once, then must be close enough.
