Need Help with Artsign cutter/plotter!! Cutting incorrect

Hi, I am having some issues with my 54' artsign it is not cutting correctly, I read that someone had the same problem and corrected it himself, but i am still unable to solve my delima. The machine does cut a letter but then does not reset itself and cuts thru the letter when repotioning itself, If someone has any Idea on how I can possibly fix this, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance....hope to hear from someone..
