currently printer is printing out of alignment. i havent used the printer for like 2 months now. well i used it but barely just to print some paper (but usually just use black). the blue line did have some ink missing from the line but i sucked it all back into the cartage and now the whole line is full of ink so is the cartage. i made sure to suck out until i got half the syringe full of ink. i go back to use it and image is all unaligned. parts of the image is higher and some are lower. worked great before it just sat. i tried head cleaning and head alignment but still printing unaligned. also now i keep getting the flashing lights after i print the head alignment (all lights flash power, paper, and all ink lights). i have to turn the print on then off for in order for it to work again. could the battery for the CISS be going bad or whats going on? also when printing the head alignment i get bands in all boxes, not one that is full without bands. i try to realign but printer keeps flashing right after i print the head alignment. ive tried to realign atleast 10 times just wasting paper and ink now. can anyone help me?

setup is
epson wf-7010
hotzone CISS
cobra ink

problem
prints the image out of alignment (some sections dont align with others)
after im done printing the head alignment, everything on the main printer panel flashes (yes ink is full)

While print heads can and do require alignments, all the alignments in the world cannot resolve a clogged jet or lack of vacuum in the ink delivery.

Suggest to assume it's not an alignment problem but an issue with the system not being adequately primed
(air removed from ink delivery system) or a stubborn clog. It still may need an alignment afterward though.
