Need help with a Harco CD3616 dryer

So, I bought an old Harco CD3616 for cheap.
I was told the belt motors, fans, heating elements work.
The control box has been gutted though. There is not even a front panel.
I know I can probably get pretty much everything I need from Grainger or the internet. I have a manual, but I have nothing else to go by.

Is there anyone out there that has tackled a refurb on this dryer?
Or can even send me detailed pictures of what everything is suppose to look like? Maybe even numbers off of the components
I have called Brown, but I really would like to see if I can do it a little cheaper than it would be going that route.
