Help! I have a customer that came to me with a picture of some baby feet in a heart. I have been vectorizing images for about a year now, but have never touched any pictures, or anything of this complexity (only ever done graphic designs, and text). If anyone could help me in vectorizing this image, or instruct me on how to vectorizing this, I would be in great shape. I have about one to two days to get a mockup of the shirt back to the customer.

I also need to know how I can get this effect with cutting heat applied vinyl. I know it could be done easily with screen printing, but I am not into screen printing (yet!). I would order them, but I am partially donating the shirts for this 5K race. (So i need to keep costs as low as possible.)

Thanks to anyone for your help!

Are the jagged pixelated edges intentional, or just a result of making the JPEG/having low quality image? It shouldn't be too hard to vectorize but if you are not familiar with vector art it might not be the right time to learn since you're under a time limit.

You could probably do this in vinyl but you'd want to make sure you have a cutter that has good reviews for tiny details. It's going to be annoying as heck to weed though.

I have a Roland GX-24

I have Corel X4, but I can't seem to get power trace to get the job done. (It gives me very square toes, and no matter how much I adjust smoothing and corner smoothing, it still looks bad.)

The edges are supposed to be somewhat jagged.

I have had some things before that I had to hand trace, but I can't even blow this up large enough to handtrace without losing detail.
