never had this issue I don't know where to start. Im fairly new to this screen printing thing please someone help me out or point me in the right direction. The under base is peeking out of the other colors making the colors look like it has little white spots and some of the ink is not transferring through the screen very well its lighter is some spots. also my edges look fuzzy and rough not very crisp. help me out please

Are you curing your base coat? It sounds to me as if the curing time for each color is not enough.

Not knowing what you're using for screens etc., ... in addition to making sure your underlay is dry to the touch, I would try a lower mesh count screen, take care to make sure your screen is flat and level with the platen (print surface) with a few millimeters of off contact, and maybe slow down your print stroke with a bit more angle to the pull.
