[TTF813]

Hi everyone



I am having trouble sending designs from Wilcom 9 Es Designer to my Toyota AD850.



I bought this machine off of someone and was able to successfully transfer designs via serial connection. I then had my computer worked on and disconnected from the machine and now cannot seem to get the designs to transfer over.



I have tried changing all the settings in wilcom, but it will not recognize that there is any connection to my machine.



I have been doing some online research but have hit a dead end.


Thanks so much for your time. I wish I could be more specific, but this is somewhat new to me.


**Edit** I am also running XP through oracle virtual box on my computer. I don't know if that helps

we had an 830 and a couple of 850s years ago, that ran using pantograms software, so i'm not sure about Wilcom, but you are sending a .dst file, correct? not the emb?

Most likely your wilcom software is too modern to send designs via the serial port.

It's actually the same software that I was previously using with this same machine through the serial port. It just has stopped working since the computer issues. It's a fairly old version of wilcom.

check to be sure your connection is tight even to the back of the embroidery machine. We have 5 860’s and the cable sometimes get loose on the back of the embroidery machine. So check that. Also are you showing connected to the machines? You may want to try another cable if you have one. I’m also guess you have rebooted your computer as well? We have to do that from time to time.

might be that wilcom locked you out if its a hacked version
