i did and they sat in someones car over night and got up this morning and grabbed their kid's jersey and noticed the number coming off so they checked them all. they brought them over and i pressed them again before their game @ 2 today. i'm getting them back after the game to wash them and inspect afterwards. any suggestion or other ideas are still welcomed and probably needed.
thanks

ok. so i pressed them all again for the team. they played their game and everything stayed on. i told the coach to get the jerseys and bring them to me after the game so i can wash them and see how they respond to that. by the time they got to me after the game and after the boys took off ther jerseys, several were already peeling off UGH! i just dont understand what i'm doing wrong. i've pressed stuff before and its always stuck. not this time. its my first time w/ stahls stuff though. any ideas or suggestions.
1. Don't wash them before you press the numbers again. If you get detergent into the jersey it may not let the numbers bond. The dirt from them playing could have the same problem though.
2. What type of craft paper/cover are you using. An incorrect paper may cause the problem
3. Double check that the fabric is 100% poly. What brand style number is the uniform. I normally use thermal film for poly.
4. What kind of heat press are you using. Some pressure setting vary from press to press.
i know stahls is reputable and will probably stand behind their product. i'm not suggesting its the product but rather what i'm doing wrong. i will call them tuesday first thing. my press is reading the right temps. i've pressed on it this week prior to the jerseys but nothing after the jerseys. they are riddell jerseys straight from R. i havent thought about the film. i didnt know there were different types of film. i guess i have a lot to learn still. any other suggestions or ideas are still very welcomed. thanks guys for all you've helped w/ so far.
