I purchased an epson wf 7510 and a cis (pigment ink) from cobra ink to print tshirt transfers....I installed everything as instructed...however, when i go to print, I notice that it only prints cyan and yellow...magenta and black are not printing...

When i snap the cartridges into place, it appears that the black and magenta do not snap into place....Ive tried many times, but cant get it...very frustrated!

any help is greatly appreciated...i need to print some transfers for an order
