Hi...i am openninng my bussines and i am planning on buying a 4 x 4 manual press to do my t shirts and i've been doing alot of research about discharge inks...my questions is..do i need a 6 x 4 press to do full colors designs or with the 4 x 4 is enough.....?

"Simulated Photo Realistic" designs on black can commonly use 6, 7, or even 8 colors.

However, most shirt that people are going to want made are only going to be one or two colors.

You can do process colors CMYK and get "Photo Realistic" on white with a four color press.

if your plan is to do full color then you will probably feel limited pretty quickly on a 4 color press. even if you are printing 4 color process you will often need an additional spot color screen or a highlight screen. go 6 color!
