Hello mga sir!
Patulong naman po sa pag-quote mga bosing.
First time ko nakatanggap ng ganito kalaking printing job. Surprising kasi kaka-start ko lang mag print this summer. I have 35k pcs canvass bags to print for a client. They are going to use this as give away for xmas. Its a nationwide distribution kaya ganito kalaki.
Here are my concerns:
1. Colors - I'm not really sure if I'm going for a 2 color design (red and white) because it can also be done in just a single color (red only). Please see attached image. Please give me suggestions on which way to do it better or which one looks better on canvass. Of course in the end, it'll always be the company's discretion depending on their budget. I just want to give them options to choose from. I'm not going to attached the actual artwork because its not yet finished but the look should be as simple as this:

2. Size - 12 X 4 in. The whole design is going to run across a 12 X 14 in. canvass bag. Problem - my platens are sized 15 X 20 in. each. Any suggestions here? Do I need to make another printing table for this? If so, what size do you suggest considering each bag will have a horizontal end to end print.
3. Manpower - I usually work alone or at most I could use an assistant in some occasions, this time I was planning on hiring two extra people to work on this project until finished. A printer and assistant. The team will be composed of me plus two other people. I'm not going to ask you how much am I going to pay them because I already have an idea by crawling through this thread from the beginning. What I want to know from you guys is - is my team enough finish the project in due time? Is it possible for us to make at least 400 pcs. a day? Or do I need to hire more people?
4. Deadline - I was required to deliver everything before December. So, I still have more than 90 days to complete the job. Considering the volume, do you think it is fair to charge them extra for rushing the job?
5. Consumables - I just wanna know how much ink am I going to spend on this project. Considering the size of the design on bag, can you give me an estimate ink to bag ratio? (e.g. 1kg ink : 1,000 pcs bag)
6. Budget - If I were you, how much are you going to charge them for this?
