Your shirts should have a very fine crease down the center... Draw a line with an ink pen down the center of the Platen and line the fine crease up with it......If your still having problems consider changing platens to the type that has a lump where the neck is they resemble a silloette target.... this will help line the shirt up when putting it on the platen...and tends to pull the shoulder seams equally up against the platen so you can slide it equally back to where you want it..
